Alvin E. Burzynski, APR

Burzynski is responsible for the development and implementation of MUSTER’s overall corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, brand reputation, and corporate social responsibility.
Before joining MUSTER in March 2020, Burzynski spent over 30 years in the government and private sector serving as a C-level executive. He is a successful entrepreneur and contributed to the mission success of institutions such as the U.S. Army, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), and not-for-profit organizations supporting America’s warriors and their families.
He has extensive experience in successfully managing various business segments including, sales, product and brand reputation management, operations, research development, and building businesses from the ground up. Also, Burzynski has wide-ranging knowledge in strategic public relations, crisis communication, and emergency management operations.
Corporate and charitable leadership
Burzynski is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). He holds the distinction of accreditation in public relations (APR) from the organization. He has served on several not-for-profit boards benefiting military veterans, their families, and socio-economically disadvantaged citizens. The Army veteran is currently a certified member of the community emergency response team (CERT) in Franklin, Ohio.
Personal and educational background
Burzynski was inducted into the State of Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame, Class of 2019. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University in Business Administration/Marketing, and a master’s degree from Full Sail University in Public Relations - summa cum laude, and a diploma from the Defense Information School (DINFOS), Public Affairs Officer’s course.
He is a son of a World War II and Korean War combat veteran.
Scott M. Hubay, Esq.
Founder Member - Chief Executive Strategy Officer
Hubay is in charge of recognizing and mitigating competitive risks, ensuring that appropriate metrics and success pointers are in place to track organizational progress, contributing to MUSTER's vision, communicating the strategy to all stakeholders, implementing business strategies, and sustaining implementation efforts.
Hubay is an attorney who specializes in working with high growth nonprofit corporations and entities, as well as experience with green energy technologies, through his firm, Hubay LLC. Scott's mission is to help people and organizations build infrastructures from scratch, or optimize their current systems for success, using the experience of past client successes to achieve results. In a legal sense, his practice fields touch on IRS, state and federal political and advocacy compliance, employment law and human resources, and general start-up troubleshooting. He is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio, and federally, in the Northern District of Ohio.
